At L'Atelier de Christine Lhuillier, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury beauty experience. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on items in their original, unopened condition.

Return Process

  Contact our concierge team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization and a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the unused beauty products in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location; we recommend keeping a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our atelier team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
